How do I change my information?

At this time, you cannot change your account information (login method, contact information, and name.) If you would like to change your account information, please email us at support@bakpax.com to let us know. We are happy to help!
If you would like us to build a feature that allows you to change your account information please let us know through our Product Portal. We love getting feedback from our community and want to make sure we are working on highly requested features.
How do I log out?
Go to Account Menu
To logout of Bakpax, click on your avatar in the upper, right corner of the screen. You can then use the Logout option at the bottom of the menu to logout of your account.
How do I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your account, please email us at support@bakpax.com to let us know you would like the account deleted. Please be sure to contact us from the email you used to sign up for Bakpax so that we can delete your account for you.
What should I do if I accidentally signed up as a student?

If you accidentally signed up for a student account and would like to use the same email address to sign up for a teacher account, we will need to delete the student account before you can sign up as a teacher.
To delete your accidental student account, please email us at support@bakpax.com to let us know you would like the account deleted. Please be sure to contact us from the email you used to sign up for Bakpax so that we can delete your account for you.
We would also greatly appreciate it if you could let us know what led you to sign up for a student account. We'd like to understand if there's anything we can do here at Bakpax to make it easier for teachers to sign up successfully.
