Email Bakpax Support

If you are experiencing an issue with Bakpax, we would love to help! Please just send us an email at and include as much of the following information as possible. This will help us identify the problem and implement a fix ASAP. :)

Information to Include

  • The email, phone number, or username that you used to sign up for Bakpax.
  • As much information as possible about how are you accessing Bakpax.
    • device type (e.g., mobile vs. desktop, mac vs. PC, etc.)
    • operating system
    • browser type (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
    • browser version
  • The link(s) to the page(s) are you observing the problem on or a description of the page(s).
  • A description of how you got to the error. (e.g., I just logged in and the page never loaded, the assignment I deleted still exists, The classroom name did not update, etc.)

Additionally, it would be wonderful if you could send us a screenshot or video of the error as it occurs. Any further insight that you can provide will help us identify and fix the problem sooner.
